Editing Session 1

All editing was done on the software called Final Cut Pro X (FCPX), I decided to use this software due to the knowledge I have developed from using it in AS.

I Started the editing by finding the audio clip of Mardy Bum, the song we have chosen, I then spent 10 minutes looking through each of the possible clips for the opening clip. After finding the perfect clip for the opening scene, I used the provided trim tool to cut it down to the perfect timing.

For the second clip I had to experiment with the trim tool to see how long the clip had to be to flow perfectly and not ruin the intended message.

The most difficult part of editing this music video was timing the lip-syncing with the music, this took me half an hour to match Alex with the music I had to use the blade tool and trim tool to perfect the synchronisation of the two.
